With the 2022 Spring Session coming to a close, there are several updates for our Spring Concert schedule:
The NHBCOS Concert Band/Symphonic Band Concert scheduled for April 3 has been canceled. There were too many interruptions to our rehearsal schedule with weather closures, the two-week delayed start of the session due to COVID-19, the cancelation of the original concert by the Ent Center due to COVID-19 and many personal family situations. We have secured the Ent Center for the Arts to perform a concert on June 30th. Details will be released later on this site and our Facebook page.
The NHBCOS Kicks Jazz Band has a concert scheduled for Monday, April 4th, 7:00 p.m. at the Ent Center for the Arts. Tickets are available here https://tickets.entcenterforthearts.org/3574/3575
The NHBCOS Orchestral Strings Concert is scheduled for Monday, April 11th 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 4720 Galley Rd, Colorado Springs. Musical selections will be from the string orchestra, full orchestra and small ensembles. This concert is free.
The concert for the NHBCOS Preparatory Orchestra and Purple Mountain Clarinets, is scheduled for the evening of Monday, April 11th, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Graner Music, 4460 Barnes Rd, Colorado Springs. This concert is free.
