Symphonic Band

 

Instrumentation for this band has been capped unless you play percussion or trombone. Please email our conductor, Alex Marquez, amarq333@gmail.com for inquiries or to be placed on our waitlist.

The Symphonic Band has approximately 70 musicians and rehearses Thursday evenings, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. This ensemble plays challenging, fun, pops, and classic pieces (grade 3-6). Members must be 18 years or older. There are three independent sessions per year that are held in the fall, spring, and summer with a performance at the end of every session. You are welcome to check us out anytime. Feel free to bring your instrument and play, or just sit and listen.

Rehearsals are in the sanctuary of the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church which is located at 4720 Galley Road, Colorado Springs, 80915.
